H&R Block

When you first think about a tax prep company, the word “cool” may not come to mind. This was the problem H&R Block came to us with. They had a vibrant company culture, but no idea how to substantiate it. Over the span of two years, I have helped to enrich their culture through hours of both internal and external video content, as well as providing technical copy and even drafting blog content.
